Dalgleish Joseph is the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Esencia El Salvador, a fast-growing premium tourism and hospitality brand dedicated to delivering seamless, world-class experiences. What began as a single luxury airport transfer service quickly evolved into a broader vision — creating a fully connected ecosystem that enhances every stage of a traveler’s journey.
With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail, Dalgleish has built Esencia into a trusted brand known for its 5-star service and growing base of satisfied, repeat clients. His hands-on approach and passion for showcasing the authentic beauty of El Salvador continue to drive the brand’s expansion and long-term vision.

Bilingual Chauffeur
Ernesto is one of the professional chauffeurs behind the Esencia experience, known for his reliability and professionalism. Fluent in Spanish and English, he ensures every guest enjoys a smooth, safe, and comfortable journey while exploring El Salvador.
